- What/are you thinking?
- A proficient technial staff is a must, but the clients pay the bills. I have seen coders develop eye candy for manufacturing applications that add no real value. You need real inventive people to create, but you need someone to put in boundries to keep the buget in line and the final goal in focus. Clients want apps that work, on time and under budget if possible, not flash.
