Give 'em the Business
BRING BACK THE COMMENTARIES! Most of the "techies" that I have come across are pretty marginal in terms of expertise. These people then get moved into "Project Manager" positions (80% of the IT open recs at the 5th largest company in the world). They tend to force use of technology that was dictated to them from above - and NOT the "best" technology that the users "require". "TRUE" techies would propose the best solution - only to be shot down. NO WONDER they need so many of these positions . . .
