The chips (SPArc and Intel) are not binary compatible.
The basic problem with running Windows on a SPArc systems (unless you are using an x86 PCI board) is that WIndows does not on and is not designed for SPArc. Sun hardware is SPArc, that and Windows can't scale beyond 16 processors on a given board (yet)!

This has been achieved with Linux due to contributions by Sun, IBM and SGI. All of those parties have an interest in selling said hardware, so...
