You really aren't that clueless, are you?
SPF is not something that would be incorporated into Windows! It would be incorporated into a mail server (as in Exchange, Lotus Notes, Sendmail, etc.) and DNS servers (BIND, etc.). It is infrastructure.

As it stands, the IETF kicked it back, so there has to be more work done on the proposal before it goes forward in any meaningful way! If it is not implemented in many mail servers and DNS records (SPF augments DNS), it will die!

You really need to do some research before you post!
