Yes i understand it's server based, and if I recall MS does indeed provide servers. (In fact Windows is gaining market share from UNIX systems faster than any other OS.) But be that as it may...

Once it's incorporated into Windows and Joe Average wants to know why it doesn't work, you can rest assured those running mail services will add it. Don't think so? Ask yourself how many none Windows (Linux/UNIX) web servers install Front Page extensions...
