exactly my point...
no one is going to build it for a $, but if say you needed a six bedroom house and and let people bid on maing it... i'm sure you'd get some competative bids... you'd probably take the one that gave you get best house for the least cost right?
convert that to a software project... you take the bidder that gave you the best software for the least cost.. now IF this developer just happened to be making OS software... why should you care?
convert back to the house: you just want a house to live in, you'r enot interested in buying th edesign for the house nad trying to sell that deisgn to anyone else who wanted ot build a similar house are yoU?
