Child porno should be stopped and to do that you have to go after the the people who commit these acts.

That said, adult porno is another matter. It is part of our nature to be curious and want to investigate the unknown and forbiden. If you have never experienced the unknown and somebody says "don't do it", our rebelious nature says "do it".
The person who viewed something that arroused them and it goes against what they think are pure thoughts, then in their mind, no one should see or hear these evil things. To that I say, "Don't look!"
