Like I said, society makes the rules. And different municipalities can be considered different societies. And in this country, the minumum age for posing for sexually explicit pictures is 18.

Does that mean we should extradite people from different countries for putting what we call child porn on the net? The answer is no. But we can prosecute those who download it in this country. We can only govern our own people.
