The question is...
...why does he need a microDork handy drive in the first place? If he needs to take work outside the office with him, give him a laptop that can sync files with the network but cannot sync with a USB device. There is absolutely no need to let him put it on the same home computer his teenage son uses to play internet games with. If you need to share individual files with vendors, partners, or customers, there are ways of doing that without the need for USB devices. And even if you did need USB devices for certain methods of filesharing, certainly you don't need to have every single employee have access to read/write to USB devices, only the most trusted ones (e.g. the ones whose stock options you can take away).
