guys.. don't miss this part of the article...
when talking about the other two companies:
"Both of these services use unauthorized versions of Kazaa and the underlying FastTrack peer-to-peer technology, and so are using Altnet's patent without permission, the company contends."

So in effect, the original lawsuit about the "hash patent," isn't the issue at stake here, but that they are using unauthorized version of Kazaa and FastTrack Technology... not quite the same implication here. Maybe they are talking about the same issue in a different manner, but it doesn't seem to be the case (at least by the wording of this article).
