It'll be interesting to see...
... if this delay will only mean that IT departments will delay their testing procedures by 4 more months, rather than use that extra time to test their systems.

Almost makes me wonder whether MS would have been better off delaying this announcement until mid-November.

But either way, I'm sure the extra time will be more useful to software developers who need to fix their programs than the IT departments. The thing is, though, IT departments need to test NOW, or else the developers won't know what's broken.
