I wrote my own in Paradox.
It not only tracks customer data and contacts, the app contains media specs (I'm in advertising and create content for my clients as well as purchase media in advertising outlets), plus I have a "library" for storage and retrieval of PDF documents containing data larger than I'd care to store in a database table.

What sort of CRM apps have you written, Dear Ax?

Oh, by the by, ever heard of "ACT!"? Guess who's the leading purchaser of that piece of software? Small businesses, those "Mom and Pop" businesses you snear so condescendingly at.

Finally, if you think CRM is a software suite or process, you'll never amount to much in the world of business, my Dear Ax. CRM is an attitude and a desire to serve your customers to the upmost, not a trinket that you can install from CD. Clue in. And while you're at in, kindly clue in Microsoft and Dell, would you? Thanks a bunch.
