You're not alone
I've heard much the same comments from countless people who have kept their jobs during this downturn, and have had to deal with outsourcers. Some have managed to succeed in their outsourcing efforts, but many have not, or have not realized the gains they expected. Some of these companies will inevitably "insource" those jobs back into this country as they realize their outsourcing efforts were a bust.
