They will never stop braying about file sharing
Yes, yes, we all know that "stealing" copyrighted material is wrong, the poor folks who write/record/design it worked so hard, blah blah blah. Nobody disputes that, although the question as to whether the recording/video companies deserve any business after years of fleecing the public with second-rate trash remains in dispute.

But man oh man, I am so tired of the endless squealing about file sharing that these people are determined to waste Congress' time over. We have millions without jobs (and no, those jobs weren't loss due to file sharing networks). More millions in poverty. More millions yet without health insurance. And the fat cats continue to yap and whine that their needs come first; it's their livelihood that counts more, thanks to those hefty campaign contributions they use to keep the politicos in line.

At this point it's my conviction that much of the use of file-sharing networks has been the direct result of the sanctimonious tirades from these folks. Their histrionics notwithstanding, people "stealing" their material is not the biggest problem America faces today. And I'm tired of them hogging the floor.
