All the BS and interpretations does not change the fact that laws are used by governments soley to buff their coffers. Take the cigarrette lawsuits. WHO TRUELY PAID FOR THAT? The consumers who were harmed by the cigarette companies is who is paying for that! While some money was used as intended, MOST was not. The price of cigarettes climbed to pay for that.

All the ads that are a result of this don't help when LOCAL schools set aside a smoking area. The BS cigarette lawsuit was just that ... total BS.

You may want to justify all this litigation and HIDE behind written words subject to interpretation and misuse ... but, this is no more than an alternate way to extract a form of additional tax from the tax payers. This type of litigation does the consumers no good and only serves the purpose of a few. They are twisting a well-intended law to their own purposes.

Basically, if you - or the government - don't like MS (or any other product) ... no matter what / or if because they say must be 'bundled' with [fill in the blank] to get a certain price ... DON'T BUY IT! It's that simple.

Just STOP the BS that this is for the good of the people. You know dang well it's not and there are only the coffers that fill and the bank statements of the attorneys for their incredibly inflated fees. I am so sad to say that this is one part of the 'democratic' society that does NOT WORK.
