When is it going to stop?
When the people are going to learn they are spending public money for these cases to settle personal grudges. I do not like Microsoft but reality is everybody still uses it. "FREE" software is making lot of money on its OSs like RedHat(Microsoft of Linux),Linspire SUSE,Codeweavers. And its supposed to be free. Support is also problem for linux.

So support Linux by instlling in government offices and encourage it not by suing Microsoft.
