One of your best ever, Mike.

I especially liked the subtle touch, and the use of "five nines minus one" for a week [1]. The very best line, though, was the last one.

[1] "Five nines" for a week would be six seconds of downtime. The figure given is almost two hours of unscheduled downtime.
