"Sounds more like those underground pirate sites where you can get the latest software free."

And you don't think most of them are teenagers? A real pirate steals the music and then sells it for a profit. This is just a bunch of people sharing music for free, thus no profit. I'm not saying the sharing thing is completely ok, but I think on the scale of things it doesn't rate on the bad scale like say "drug smuggling".
