It's about time.
It just proves that making music available for reasonable prices reduces P2P copyright infringement. It's the same reson that videocassette piracy decreased when the MPAA dropped movies into the sub-twenty dollar range. People are perfectly willing to shell out a little money for the convenience of not having to search for something. But if the price is too high, people will search for less expensive alternatives.
