You really should drop the "Linsux" thing...We

all get it..you don't like Linux OK message heard. Still back to the TCO arguement. Most users and those who what to learn and enter the computer tech field ie students and home users already have what they need from Linux/Open Source. An operating system that they can "get under the hood" with, and applications do do what the vast majority of people world wide do. Email, surf the net, word processing, etc..etc. So development is not an issue for many of these peoples in hopefully developing nations. And there are a LOT of people in these areas. As for other TCO/Development issues. Well a lot of that work is ongoing and being shared across the globe even as we speak. So no one nation has to cover the costs of development..they have a whole word wide community pitching in. Sort of like "Back in the day" when people came together to raise a barn. Shared effort to achieve a common goal..and all that is expected is when it comes time to raise the next barn the person(s) whom benefited from previous raisings..pitch in. Good old fashioned AMERICAN values.
