- Regulation not working
- As the companies have learned, you get regulated, you bribe the regulators, you get rich. Regulating companies does NOT work. Lets just scrap the stupid rules and let the market really compete and just enforce the monopoly laws instead of take bribes from them too. One set of laws to enforce has to be easier for people to watch than the current strange tangle of rules created to do social engineering on the phone system.
