The Courts are already overloaded
As Director of Research & Technology for a lawfirm, I think I can say with great authority, the Courts are too overloaded with real issues like .. oh ...drug cases, SCO cases, Microsoft anti-trust cases....and cases that may impact "real" issues like valid civil rights cases. It is taking far too long to get basic cases through the courts, they do not need any more nonsense. If MPAA and RIAA want their copyrights enforced then they can pay, like everyone else does in civil litigation!!!

We would not want the RIAA or the MPAA to miss a penny.
