on useless points...
even if PEOPLE generate emails, the solution has nothign to do with the PEOPLE... they are not verifying the PEOPLE... they are looking to be able to identify legitimate addresses via the mail servers... your 95% won't make a difference in this at all... many of them aren't even aware that this choice is beign made and even less of them have any knoledge of what it entails.
