Pirates?
Ok, we have another one...

Pirates are the people who make copies of material and package it for resale without the express permission of the copyright holder to make a profit. You see them at the flea markets and swap meets all the time. You also find them on most street corners in the countries which don't give a rat's behind about U.S. law.

And it has been shown time and again that many of the movies being sold this way originally came from an inside source-not some kid with a Handycam hiding in the back row.
