- Why do you not get it?
- Linux users do not need support for very long. Unlike windows there are very few problems in linux. If you get help for some problem you are having with linux, it stays fixed, you don't have to continually patch, patch, patch...., therefore a little support goes a long way. And most of the support for linux comes from this country and they speak english fluently.
