The only problem for investors is when the venture capitalists that were kept from selling their stock because of week demand for their "so called stock auction" start selling their holdings Google stock will tank.
Wall Street will be shorting the stock because even Google employees will be selling into a declining market for Google stock when they are allowed to sell in a few weeks.
