More Computer Literate?
I think not...I think we are more computer ignorant...most people have a basic understanding of computer terminology and how to jump on the Internet, but when it comes to viruses and tech support most people are still as illiterate as they were 10 years ago, if not worse....and they probably still have 12:00 blinking on their VCRs....
