Problem, Unmentioned and unsolved
No one has yet explained how digitally encrypted copyrighted material will be decrypted when the copyright does eventually expire.

This problem alone should prohibit encryption so that the law can be followed later on. The DMCA prohibits anyone but the encrypter from decrypting. (Or is the encrypter also prevented from cracking his own code?)
