Are you saying that if Eolas' patent is invalid, that Microsoft's FAT patent is automatically invalid also? Why should Microsoft's patent be tied to the Eolas patent? The two patents have nothing to do with each other. Are you saying that because Microsoft is so "corrupt" we should just make up penalties to hit the company with with?

Are you saying that Microsoft should be forced to pay the penalty, even if the patent is found invalid? After all, if Eolas' patent is invalidated then there are no "penalties" to "pay". Are you saying that Microsoft does not deserve justice or due process? Those things aren't denied to the worst of murderers, so why should they be denied to Microsoft?

Do you have any evidence that the Patent Office is going to uphold Microsoft's FAT patent? If so, please share it with us. What other patents that benefit Microsoft have been upheld by the Patent Office? And what other patents that hurt Microsoft have been invalidated?
