No surprise because Bush is Microsoft's dog.
Bush appointed a new head at the Patent Office 2 months ago.

If Microsoft is allowed to get off paying the consequence like it had with antitrust penalties again, then the Patent Office will have to invalidate Microsoft's patent for the FAT file system being used for the same reason Microsoft uses against Eolas.

Looks like Bush Republicans will apply double standards for Microsoft. If the patent hurts Microsoft, the dogs will invalidate it. If the patent benefits Microsoft, the dogs will uphold the patent.

The government under the Bush Republicans are Microsoft's dogs.
