RE: Google Gadgets for Linux appears
Just port Google Gears to Firefox 3 already. Since Ubuntu has moved to FF 3, Gears needs to move, too.

I've been using Gears with Docs on FF 2 with Wolvix (derived from Slackware), and it's seriously great, but I really need it in Ubuntu ...
