That's true but....
---Yes, Mr. Wilson is part of the "he said".---

The group of the "he said"s that Mr Wilson belongs to is the group that wrote the contract. He said what the contract would be. newSCO, OTOH, is the "he said" group that created a new interpretation of the contract. I guess newSCO's lawyers must have forgotten the chapter in law school on contracts about what the parties intended when they wrote the contract. newSCO was not there nor were they a part of the contract making process.
