If you've seen overwhelming evidence ...
It's far more than the court has been given. Remember, this is the second motion IBM has filed for summary judgement. The first states that after being forced to compel twice, SCO has given IBM (and IBM has given the court) a pack of paper that has nothing to do with the case. Specifically, SCO has pointed out work IBM did that ended up in Linux, but can't show where that work was tied to SCO's own product.

SCO has claimed that it doesn't need to, and IBM has asked the judge to determine "if IBM contributed code to Linux that it wrote by itself, and that code was once stored on the same disk that a few lines of code SCO bought were, does that violate SCO's copyright?"

So, I'd be interested in hearing more about this evidence. In fact IBM (or even SCO) might be interested as well.
