Agree: "when a company needs to use attorneys ..."
It's one thing to file lawsuits because somebody actually broke the law. It's another to file nuisance suits, and especially to proclaim things to the press that you won't tell the court.

So, yes, "When a company needs to use attorneys in order to compete in the market place they are usually already dead and in denial."

Unfortunately, some people don't understand that "to compete" qualifier.
