I have been a MCSE for a while now but I have also been studying Linux hard for several years. I just finished converting an entire school system over to Linux with groupware, mailsystem, filesystem quotas, dynamic login scripts, policies, etc... and they were very impressed with how smooth the transition was. Your right about one thing, those paper MCSE's don't stand a chance and I'm going to enjoy beating them with my Linux stick regularly.
