If they are here already
H1B is a guest worker visa program. These guests have outstayed both their welcome and usefullness. It is time for them to go home. The L1 visa program was designed for large corporations to bring successful managers from their oversea offices to the US. It was never intended to bring a bunch of neophite IT workers to the US under the guise of having "expertise" which is unavailable in this country. This program is being abused, plain and simple. Given a previous article warning of a future shortage of IT workers in India, it is their patriotic duty to go home. We don't need scabs in any form coming to this country with the express goal of removing any US worker from their job, be it an IT job or a janitor.
