America is NOT Graying
There is actually a positive growth in the population, led by hispanics and immigrants, who are having children at a higher rate than the general population.

However, the general population also has a 2.1 population increase.

The idea that the population isn't growing and is graying is nonsense.

True, the boomers are graying, but there are plenty of people to take their place.

All this 'outsourcing is good' spin is utter crap.

It would be smarter for companies to develop their people instead of treating them like commodities.

The business knowledge and inefficiency that result from treating people like commodities, and the management ineptitude in propagating this view is apalling and harmful to American business.
