Gmail by any other name?

Google Patents and Trademarks: In terms of the trademark issue, I think Google could still have a case, if they can prove their names predated the applications of the other parties. (At least in the patent arena, you can't patent an idea that someone else has already had.)

Having said that, Google should *immediately* fire their lawyers, because they're complete screw-ups.
