California has got the right idea
Arnold is finally thinking with his brain and not his bicep. Open-
source is cheaper. I used to have countless issues with
proprietary software like Microsoft Window and since switching
to Mac OS X I've almost completey lost contact with my IT guy
and the issue of keeping up with security updates is almost
non-existant.

If California wants to cut costs in technology open-source is the
way to go at least from my experience.
