training costs are bs - hogwash, FUD
Most users of IE ( not developers) cannot change
simple settings in IE. I know this as a
developer. How many casual users of windows know
how to change ANY settings in windows for e.g.,
can you go to a windows user in say a bamk
teller and ask them to improve performance ? Or
say increase swap size ? Or even add a darned
network connection ? No but armies of MSCE
crooks are employed to do this.

The truth about training involve re-training
MSCE morons. I insist m$-only 'techies' are not
techies at all. They are a drain on the economy
and are the primary reason for jobs being
outsourced. m$ is the primary reason for s/w
outsourcing.

s/w has become a commodity, not a nicely
engineered piece of work YET, m$ bred idiots
have a problem with open source, after arguing
for YEARs that using m$ crap lowers cost over
traditional, better engineered s/w !
