What a load of bunk...
This has nothing to do with the stupid DMCA. IF MS has a valid OS related concern about people installing the network version of SP2 then they may have a case to stop P2P downloads of it but claiming this as being copyright infringement is just plain way out in left field. How can they make such a claim when MS's own website has it for anyone with a legit need and the proper know how? It's not like it's going to be used by anyone other then XP users. It's of no use what so ever to anyone else. MS is doing a great job of making them selves the laughing stock of the industry aren't they?
