What I think too...
That's what I think too. It would be the easy way to do it, but also easy to get around. Just make a wrapper that makes subprocesses of true programs. The subprocesses are just children that are under one "program", but can be something like Office and such.

Whatever sane solution MS comes up with, every purchaser of this OS will somehow get the <1k zip file to circumvent this and most likely other restrictions. And it is completely legal.
