- I don't know if the figures are accurate, but it is believeable. I refuse to use their service anymore. period! I had an account with them... they talked me into their rewards program... sheesh what a joke that was... But my reply to this is that there were NUMEROUS times I would place my few DVD's to rent and they claimed I have late charges... but their little gimmick is.. the charges were too old to know the details... They suck and they are a rip off. I'll go buy the DVD!
