It's called OnDeman and it only works with cable
Many cable TV operators are offering a service called OnDemand. It lets you watch more than a hundred movies and shows currently on cable whenever you want, plus pause, rewind etc. I've heard good reviews, but it isn't anything like TiVo, so you may find yourself wanting both. For example, OnDemand is limited to only a few channels, and has nothing from broadcast TV. TiVo lets you see whatever you want when ever you want, and it works with satelite as well as cable.
