Late fees

Blockbuster seems to charge late fees based on when their employees check the return bin, not on when the movie in question was actually placed in there. Twice, they tacked late fees on to my credit card for 'late' returns. When I produced airline tickets and charge receipts proving that I was hundreds of miles away over the time the movies were actually due and when they got them from the return bin, they still refused to refund the charge. There will not be a third time for them -- on or offline.
