Where's Alexis de Tocqueville's Book?: I want to know! Alexis de Tocqueville promised their book would be out and show that Linus wasn't the father of Linux.

Review copies went out, the money trail from them to Microsoft was revealed and the whole book project seems to have quietly disappeared without mention.
