Hey,

If they are like my provider, they give these items only if you don't use them. I get throttled down if I download too much in a certain amount of time.

"Nearly all customers will experience Extended Speeds and remain provisioned at that level. Customers who exceed threshold limits remain at Standard speeds as specified during the sample period. For example: A "Residential" customer getting extended speeds who consumes 330 MB during a two hour period will automatically change provisioning to Standard Speeds for a period of at least one hour or until measured consumption drops below threshold."

What A Crock!!!
