Bob's Vaudeville recordings are out of copyright
Believe it or not Bobs 1920's Vaudeville recordings are out of copyright now. 67 years I believe in the US for recordings from that era.

You know the gramophone's recorded on wax discs, or the newly invented electrical recording method?

Funny, I was reading up on it:

http://www.soc.duke.edu/~s142tm01/history2.html

"1923 The record business was becoming seriously depressed by the growing popularity of radio."

I bet the 1930's RIAA claimed Vaudeville died because of the Radio and demanded protection too....

Napster recordings of course are DRM's and they might lose their copyright, but their DRM lives on and on and on for future generations to rent....
