Yes, it is enough
Based on 18 years of supporting computer users I believe the average windows user is clueless and use whatever software is put in front of them.

They buy a new computer from Dell, HP, etc., never pay for the antivirus updates and never run windows update, either because they don't know any better or because they are not willing to spend several hours a month downloading files from Microsoft on a dial up connection.

Their computer becomes loaded with spyware that co-ops IE, viruses that flood in through Outlook/Outlook Express and they think that their computer is slowing down to a crawl because they have too many pictures and mp3 files on their hard drive.

Whatever Microsoft puts into the new IE will be plenty because their average customer doesn't know any better.

If they did, most of them would install a first rate firewall and antivirus, a non-IE browser, and non-Microsoft email client before connecting to the Internet.

The really smart ones would save themselves all the trouble and buy a Mac.
