Class "B" IPO
When Yahoo settled the Overture Patent Lawsuit yesterday the demanded "class A Google shares".

Google is selling the public "class B shares", class A for insiders, class B for suckers.

Why even bother to register, you will be able to buy the stock in the open market when it starts to trade. This stock has little chance of doubling in the open market as it is overvalued at the open.
